Breadfruit Quinoa Wrap

This wrap can be made with red lentils instead of quinoa.




Ingredients:

  • Quinoa 1 cup

  • Breadfruit flour 1 cup

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Water 1 1/4 cup



Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them until a dough is formed. 

  2. Let the dough soak for 20 min.

  3. Pour the wrapdough into a lightly greased pan and fry like pancakes. When small bubbles appear, turn the wrap over and cook on the other side.


Can be served with hummus, used as a tortilla, or more.
