A breadfruit flour version of oatmeal cookies

We replaced wheat flour with breadfruit flour and created this recipe.
Ingredients
Margarine or butter, softened 1 1/4 Cup(s) (2-1/2 sticks)
Firmly packed brown sugar 3/4 Cup(s)
Granulated sugar 1/2 Cup(s)
1 Egg
Vanilla 1 tsp
Breadfruit Flour 1 1/2 Cup(s)
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp (optional)
Ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp
Oats 3 Cup(s) (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
Directions:
Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, beat margarine and sugars until creamy.
Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg; mix well.
Add Breadfruit Flour; mix well.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 8 to 9 minutes for a chewy cookie or 10 to 11 minutes for a crisp cookie.
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
