These amazing Nuffins are really nutrient rich and delicious!
Combining the breadfruit flour with oats, applesauce, milk, and eggs make for the perfect breakfast or quick healthy snack. Eggs and milk can be substituted for vegan options. Just the right amount of leavening, plus a tip of ACV and you’re good to go. Crispy tops and tough bottoms make them great fresh or toasted. Nuffins are excellent with jam and keep well in an airtight container outside the fridge for 3 days, in the fridge for longer.
