Breadfruit and Oat Flatbread

This flatbread is easy and adaptable. Change out some of the spices for sweet or savoury pairings.



Ingredients:

  • Breadfruit Flour 2 cups

  • Oat Flour 1 cup

  • Water 1 1/2 cup

  • Assorted Spices



Directions:

  1. Combine the flours in a bowl with your spices of choice.

  2. Slowly add the water while mixing to form a loose batter.

  3. Let the batter rest for 10 min.

  4. Fry a 1/4 cup of batter in a lightly oiled pan on medium heat for 4 min of each side.


Enjoy with toppings of your choice!
