Looking for a unique and tasty snack? These crispy bites combine jackfruit seeds and breadfruit flour for a delicious treat that's easy to make.
Ingredients:
Jackfruit Seeds
Breadfruit Flour
Coconut Oil
Seasoning and Salt (to taste)
Water (for kneading)
Directions:
Boil the jackfruit seeds until tender, then let them cool. Strip the seeds from their skins.
Place the stripped seeds in a food processor and blend until smooth. Season with salt and any other desired spices.
Combine the blended jackfruit seeds with breadfruit flour, gradually adding water while kneading until you achieve a dough-like consistency.
Cut the dough into small pieces and roll them into balls, then flatten each ball in your palm.
Heat a small amount of coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the flattened dough pieces to the hot oil and fry until golden brown on each side.
Enjoy these crispy bites on their own or as a fun side dish!
