Airfryer Breadfruit Flat Bread

Are you looking for a great flatbread recipe? Look no further!


  • Breadfruit flour - 1 cup

  • Salt - 1/4 tsp

  • Sugar - 1/4 tsp sugar

  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp

  • Coconut oil - 1/4 cup

  • Lukewarm water - 1/2 cup


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the breadfruit flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.

  2. Gradually add the melted coconut oil and mix until the dough comes together.

  3. Add the lukewarm water and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and pliable.

  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions, depending on how large you want your flatbreads to be.

  5. Roll out each portion into a thin circle, about 1/8 inch thick.

  6. Preheat air-fryer 350F, brush tray with coconut oil. 

  7. Cook the flatbreads for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they're lightly browned and crispy.

  8. Serve warm with your favorite fillings.

*Makes 4 medium sized flatbreads
