Ackee Twists with Breadfruit Crust

These ackee twists are based on a recipe by @dannylonglegz.
In this modified version, we used the breadfruit flour to make a dough then rolled it out as thin as possible onto a cookie sheet or parchment paper.
Then we layered our fillings: ackee, callaloo, walnut meat (walnuts ground in a food processor), tomato, sweet pepper, scallion, onion, finishing salt and spices, and another layer of callaloo.
We finished with another thin layer of breadfruit flour dough. Then, we cut it into strips and popped them into the oven to bake. What a treat.
