Looking for a delightful twist on your breakfast routine? These Oat & Breadfruit Pancakes are a delicious blend of wholesome ingredients and are perfect for a hearty start to your day!



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Oat Flour

  • 1/2 cup Breadfruit Flour

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup Milk or plant-based milk (adjust for desired consistency)

  • Coconut Oil (for frying)



Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the oat flour, breadfruit flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.

  2. Mash the banana and add it to the dry ingredients, followed by the vanilla essence and milk. Stir until well combined.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of coconut oil.

  4. Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes, cooking until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown.

  5. Repeat until all batter is used.
