This sumbission by Mary from Tree That Feed features an interesting addition: Pigeon Peas!
Ingredients:
Dry Pigeon (Gungo) Peas 1/2 cup
Breadfruit Flour 1/2 cup
Water 2 cups
A little Salt
Directions:
Combine ingredients in blender and blend. Soak for one hour and blend again.
Put a little coconut oil in a hot frying pan. Spoon the mixture into the frying pan. Make sure it’s a very thin layer. Cook then flip and cook on the other side.
Enjoy as a soft taco, a wrap, or anything you can think of!
