This was a first attempt using breadfruit flour for this traditional Caribbean treat.

Ingredients:

• Breadfruit flour 2 cups 

• Sugar 3 tsp 

• Baking powder 3 tsp 

• Salt 1 tsp 

• Water 1 1/2 cup 

The result ended up a little bit burnt but was fun to try. The flour gave it a breadfruit flavor and a chewier texture than wheat Johnny Cakes but it still made for a great snack.
