A wheat and breadfruit flour blended recipe

This shortcake recipe combines wheat and breadfruit flour to create a light, golden treat.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour 4oz
Butter (or vegan margarine) 4oz
Breadfruit flour 2oz
Sugar 2oz
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Put all ingredients in a bowl and rub together so it looks like breadcrumbs.
Transfer to baking dish. Bake 15 - 20 mins or until golden brown.
Score into 8 pieces. It will harden as it cools.
