If you're looking for a gluten-free cake, try this Breadfruit Carrot cake!



Ingredients:

  • Breadfruit flour- 2 cups

  • Brown Sugar- 1 1/2 cups

  • Baking Powder- 1 tsp

  • Baking Soda- 1/2 tsp

  • Salt- 1/8 tsp

  • Cinnamon- 2 tsp

  • Nutmeg- 1/4 tsp

  • All spice- 1/4 tsp

  • Ground Ginger- 1/4 tsp.

  • Eggs- 4 

  • Butter- 1 cup

  • Milk- 3/4 to 1 cup

  • Shredded carrots- 2 Cups

  • Vanilla- 2 tsps

  • Chopped Walnuts- 3/4 cup



Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients. Grease and baking pan and pour the mixture into it. 

  2. Bake at 350 *F for 30 minutes.



Like magic, it's done!
