If you're looking for a gluten-free cake, try this Breadfruit Carrot cake!
Ingredients:
Breadfruit flour- 2 cups
Brown Sugar- 1 1/2 cups
Baking Powder- 1 tsp
Baking Soda- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1/8 tsp
Cinnamon- 2 tsp
Nutmeg- 1/4 tsp
All spice- 1/4 tsp
Ground Ginger- 1/4 tsp.
Eggs- 4
Butter- 1 cup
Milk- 3/4 to 1 cup
Shredded carrots- 2 Cups
Vanilla- 2 tsps
Chopped Walnuts- 3/4 cup
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients. Grease and baking pan and pour the mixture into it.
Bake at 350 *F for 30 minutes.
Like magic, it's done!
