Breadfruit Quinoa Wrap

This wrap can be made with red lentils instead of quinoa.
Ingredients:
Quinoa 1 cup
Breadfruit flour 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 1 1/4 cup
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them until a dough is formed.
Let the dough soak for 20 min.
Pour the wrapdough into a lightly greased pan and fry like pancakes. When small bubbles appear, turn the wrap over and cook on the other side.
Can be served with hummus, used as a tortilla, or more.
