Breadfruit Crispbread

This is a great home-made version of crackers. And guess what? It's gluten-free!



Ingredients

  • Mixed Seeds 2 cups (I used brown and golden Flaxseeds, Oats, and Sunflowerseeds)

  • Breadfruit Flour 1 cup

  • Apple Vinegar 2tsp

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Spring Water 1 1/4cups



Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and leave to rest for about 10 minutes.

  2. Spread mixture on a piece of baking paper, place on a baking sheet and bake for 5-10 minutes at 360 Fahrenheit.

  3. Cut the crispbread into 8 pieces and bake for another 40-50 min at 360 Fahrenheit until crispy.



This is great on its own or with various sweet or savoury spreads.
