BREADFRUIT PUDDING

For my 1st attempt, I followed a vegan + gluten free recipe by nutritionist Michelle Blackwood.

I added 1/4 cup of sea moss gel to the batter and a mashed ripe banana to the custard.

It was scrumptious and will definitely be on repeat.
