Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower with Breadfruit Flour

If you're craving buffalo wings but want a healthier alternative, look no further!


  • Cauliflower 1 head, cleaned and chopped 

  • Coconut Milk 1 cup

  • Breadfruit Flour 2 cups

  • Paprika 1tbsp

  • Nutritional Yeast 1tbsp

  • Vegan Butter 2tbsp (we used Earth Balance)

  • Hot Sauce 1tbsp (we used Walkerswood Fire Stick)


  1. In a bowl, mix nutritional yeast, breadfruit flour, and paprika. Set Aside.

  2. In another bowl pour out coconut milk. Add cauliflower and soak for 5 min.

  3. Dip each soaked piece of cauliflower in the flour mixture and bake in air fryer at 370C for 15 min.

  4. While the cauliflower bakes, melt the butter and mix in the hot sauce.

  5. Remove the cauliflower once it looks crispy and slightly golden.

  6. Toss with the butter and hot sauce mixture.

  7. Return to the air fryer for another 5 min.

The wings can be eaten as is or with a dip. Enjoy!
