Carrot, Ginger, and Breadfruit Cake

Are you looking for a sweet and flavourful cake recipe?
Ingredients:
Eggs - 2
Dark brown sugar - 100g
Treacle - 100g
Rapeseed or sunflower or any light oil - 150ml
Carrot, grated - 150g
Nuggets of fresh ginger, grated - 4
Breadfruit flour - 175g
Baking powder - 2tsp
Baking Soda - 1tsp
Ground ginger - 2tsp
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180c/350f.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients into a smooth batter.
Bake for 40 - 45 mins or until inserted skewer comes out fairly clean.
Allow to cool completely if you intend to ice it.
*You can replace the carrots with beets or parsnips.
